Bomei have Quality Management System monitors and measures our manufacturing process to ensure total compliance to your specifications.From Raw Material coming in to products shipment, we manage every step of the manufacturing process to insure products are made to the clients specifications, All products have to go through 4 checks in the whole process: Raw material inspection, In processing inspection, Final inspection, Outgoing inspection.

In our Metrology Lab, we equipped with a wide range of inspection equipment including: State of art Coordinate Measure Machine(CMM),Vision Measuring Machine(VMM), Projectors, Hardness tester, Roughness tester, Microscope, Height tester. Plus a full complement of traditional inspection tools such as ID micrometer, Mitutoyo Caliper, Thread gauge,  Plug/Block gauge and so on.
